Each one has a price range on this page, and each range has a reason. There is no service on this list we will quote sight unseen, because we cannot see your slab edge from the office.
How the pricing works
Fixed in writing before we start
Four rules that apply to every job on this page, whether it is a $175 kitchen or a $4,800 barrier.
The range is real. The bottom of each one is a single storey house on a slab that we can walk all the way around. The top is a second storey, a tight side boundary, a deck to get under, or more than one nest.
The walk sets the number. We give the range on the phone and confirm the fixed price after the perimeter walk. If the walk turns up something that moves it, you hear that before we start, not on the invoice.
Sealing is inside the price. Packing a gap, fitting a brush seal, meshing a vent. It is part of the job, not a line item added afterwards.
If we cannot find the way in on an ant or rodent job, the inspection is not charged. That is the whole promise, and it is why the walk takes as long as it does.

Residential
The everyday work: a house, a unit, a rental between tenants. Priced on floor area and how much of the perimeter we can actually reach.

Ant control and trail tracing
$210 to $360 / 75 to 105 min
We follow the trail back to where the ants are getting in, treat the nest, and close the gap on the same visit.
- Full trace of the trail from the sighting back to the entry point
- Species identification before anything is applied
- Gel, bait or residual chosen for that species

Full home treatment
$295 to $465 / 2 to 2.5 hours
One visit that covers the inside, the outside and the roof void, with a twelve month warranty on ants, cockroaches and spiders.
- Perimeter walk of the whole property before treatment starts
- Internal treatment of wall junctions, cupboards, wet areas and the roof void
- External band around the slab edge, weep holes, eaves and window frames

Cockroach treatment
$175 to $295 / 45 to 75 min
Gel into the cracks and voids where they actually live, which breaks the breeding cycle instead of knocking down the ones on the floor.
- Identification of the species before treatment
- Gel placed into hinge recesses, motor housings, kickboards and voids
- Roof void, meter box and drain surrounds checked and treated

Rodent control and proofing
$225 to $385 / 60 to 90 min plus a follow up visit
Baiting and trapping to clear what is already inside, then proofing the gaps so the next one cannot follow it in.
- Runway, rub mark and entry point survey inside and out
- Lockable tamper resistant stations and snap traps in the roof void
- Entry points closed with mesh, brush seal or mortar

Spider and webbing treatment
$185 to $300 / 45 to 70 min
Webbing knocked down and the exterior surfaces treated, so the eaves and the entry stay clear through the warm months.
- Webbing brushed down from eaves, entries, frames and pergola
- Residual treatment to eaves, frames, render and fence line
- Garden bed and mulch line treated for ground dwelling spiders

Termite
Inspections, reports and management systems, all to the Australian Standards. On the northside this is not optional maintenance, it is the difference between a small bill and a structural one.

Termite inspection
$265 to $440 / 90 min to 2 hours
A full timber pest inspection to the Australian Standard, with a moisture and thermal read of everything we cannot open up.
- Accessible timber, subfloor and roof void inspected
- Moisture meter and thermal read of the wall linings we cannot open
- Perimeter, fence lines, stumps and outbuildings within thirty metres

Pre-purchase pest and timber inspection
$340 to $520 / 2 hours on site, report the same day
The timber pest inspection your contract needs, done to the clock, with a report your solicitor can act on the same day.
- Full timber pest inspection to AS 4349.3
- Live activity, past workings, borer and fungal decay all reported separately
- Drainage, garden beds and slab edge assessed as conducive conditions

Termite management systems
$2400 to $4800 / one to two days on site
A full chemical barrier or a monitored bait ring around the house, installed to the standard and backed by a written warranty.
- Soil trenched and treated against the full slab edge
- Paths, patios and driveways drilled, injected and patched
- Service penetrations, pipe entries and cold joints treated

Commercial
Cafes, childcare rooms, medical suites and bodies corporate, serviced on a schedule outside trading hours with the documentation an auditor asks for.
