Wes spent longer outside than inside and found they were coming in through a weep hole that had been rendered over during a reno. Three weeks and not one ant on the bench.

Thorough, and the report came through that night with photos of the moisture reading. He also told me which of the findings could wait, which no one else has bothered to do.

Second year with them. Same technician, remembered the roof void access was awkward and brought the right ladder.

Worked, though it took about ten days and got worse before it got better. They did warn us about that on the day so no complaints, just be patient.

The proofing was the part that mattered. Two winters of rats in the roof and it turned out to be a torn vent behind the aircon bracket. Meshed it and that was that.

Booked Tuesday, inspected Thursday, report by four that afternoon. Our solicitor said it was the clearest one she had read all month.

Brushed everything down before spraying, which the last mob never did. The eaves have stayed clear since autumn.

Two days of trenching and drilling, patched the path so well I had to look for it. Warranty and the notice in the meter box came through with the invoice.

Quick, tidy and did not try to sell me a plan I did not need. Told me to fix the garden bed height and that was most of the problem.

Good job and fair price. Only gripe is they had to move me a day because of the rain, though they did ring the night before rather than leaving me waiting.

Came back at the two week check without me chasing them. Explained why the traps go in the roof and the bait stays outside. Very reassuring with grandkids around.

Acreage, three sheds and a lot of stumps. He did the lot and found an old nest in a fence post at the back boundary that no one had ever looked at.

They service our cafe before six so we never lose a morning. The audit folder was ready when the council officer turned up unannounced, which saved us.

Found them living in the dishwasher motor housing, of all places. Gone in a fortnight.

Held about five months rather than six, but we back onto the reserve so that is probably us not them. Booked in again.

Straight answers about what they were using and why. Put the kickboards back properly and took the old webbing away with them.
