The standard yearly job for a northside house. We walk the perimeter first, then treat internally at the wall junctions, under the sink, behind the appliances and through the roof void, and finish with an external band around the slab edge, the weep holes, the eaves and the window frames. Webbing gets brushed down as we go. Anything we find that lets pests in, a brittle door seal, a blocked weep hole, a garden bed sitting over the slab, goes in the report with a photo.

Do we need to leave the house?
Almost never. The internal work is applied into cracks and voids rather than sprayed across open surfaces, so you can stay home. If a room does need to be clear for an hour we tell you when we book, not when we arrive.
What does the twelve month warranty actually cover?
Ants, cockroaches and spiders inside the treated area. If they come back inside the twelve months we return and re-treat that area at no charge, as many times as it takes.
How often should a northside house be done?
Once a year for most homes here, usually late winter or early spring before the first warm run. Houses backing onto a reserve or a creek often want it twice.
