Three plans, nine price ranges and the prevention items we fit while we are there. The fixed price is confirmed in writing after the perimeter walk, and nothing is added to the invoice afterwards.
Plans
Three ways to buy it.
A plan is only worth it if you would otherwise ring us twice. If you would not, take the single visit and we will tell you when it is due again.

Families on a bush or creek boundary who would rather not think about it twice a year

- Free re-inspection of any area you are worried about between visits

Single Visit Full Home
$395 once
Renters, landlords and anyone who wants one job done properly with no plan attached
- Internal, external and roof void treatment
- Webbing brushed down
- Twelve month warranty on ants, cockroaches and spiders
- Photo report the same day

Each job on its own.
Ranges, not teasers. Every one of these carries the same photo report and the same rule about sealing being inside the price.
Prevention items
Cheap things that work.
We carry these on the ute and fit them while we are on site. None of them are branded, none of them are marked up, and the brush seal is the best thirty four dollars anyone spends on a laundry door.

Under door brush seal
$34 / prevention
An unbranded aluminium backed brush seal cut to your door width, the single cheapest thing you can do to stop ants and rodents walking under a laundry or garage door. Fitted free while we are on site.

Weatherproof bait stations, four pack
$58 / prevention
Four lockable outdoor stations, pegged and keyed, for holding the perimeter between annual visits. We place and map them on the day and refill them at your next service.

Reusable wasp trap
$29 / prevention
A refillable trap for paper wasps around a pergola or a play area, useful through the warm months when nests keep rebuilding in the same corner. Comes with enough attractant for a season.
What moves the number
Access, not floor area.
Floor area is the smallest part of it. What actually costs time is access.
- A second storey, which puts the eaves and the window frames out of reach from the ground
- A tight side boundary or a deck we have to get under to reach the slab edge
- A slab edge buried under landscaping, which has to be exposed before it can be read
- More than one nest, or a species that needs baiting rather than a residual
- A roof void that is unsafe or has no access hatch, which changes what we can inspect
- Acreage, sheds, stumps and long fence lines, all of which are inside a termite inspection
