How fast can you get there?

Will the report kill the sale?
Rarely. Most findings are conducive conditions with a price attached, not a reason to walk away. The report separates what has to be fixed from what can be watched so you can negotiate on real numbers.
Do you inspect the sheds and the fences too?
Yes, everything within thirty metres of the dwelling that is on the property and safe to access, including sheds, retaining walls, stumps and fence lines. That is often where the nest actually is.
